About Us

Built by the community, for the community

Sylmar Garden Assn started with a simple idea: that quality healthcare shouldn't feel clinical or cold. Our founders — a group of Van Nuys parents and longtime residents — saw a gap in accessible, person-centered medical care and decided to fill it themselves.

Today, we're proud to be a cornerstone of health in the Sylmar and Van Nuys area. Our multidisciplinary team includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and community health workers who share one thing in common: they genuinely care about the people they serve.
